The above rates include VAT charged at 20.0% and a Service Charge of £400.
Use of Mooring Facilities: Allocation of a designated mooring space suitable for the vessel’s size and draft.
Access to Site Infrastructure: This includes full use of on site facilities, including Ladies & Gents Showers/Toilets/Laundry room/Conservatory/Club room & Elsan point which are cleaned daily to a very high standard, also use of water points, waste disposal bins.
Maintenance of Grounds and Mooring Structures: Upkeep of pontoons, mooring rings, bollards and surrounding areas, including planting of beds & weekly mowing of grass areas.
Security and Site Management: Daily monitoring of the mooring site, weekly winter pod checks carried out November until March and management of access to maintain a secure environment with CCTV surveillance.
Customer Support: Availability of staff for day to day enquiries and practical assistance relating to the moorings and marina.
Additional services such as electricity supply, pump out facilities are all available on site.
Mooring Fees are due annually on April 1st and paid a year in advance.
New moorers joining us after 1st April will be charged a proportion of the above rates from the date of the mooring agreement to 31st March.
The above rates include VAT at 20.0% and service charge of £100.00 & are due quarterly - January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st, paid in advance
Widebeam boats are charged at double the above rates.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to reserve a berth in the marina but this will be credited to your first mooring fee invoice.
